The Phoenix is listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, and is held by Delek Capital Group, one of the biggest holdings companies in Israel. The Phoenix's recent tradable market value was approximately US$1.2 billion. The company's equity according to its financial statements as of September 30, 2006 is $350 million and its total balance sheet assets $6.6 billion. In December 2006, the Phoenix raised an additional $90 million on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
