Optimax was founded in 2008 as a vertically integrated, global e-commerce company that brings affordable branded and non-branded high-quality prescription eyewear to millions of customers in the United States. Optimax's main platform, GlassesUSA is a marketplace offering a variety of both high-quality designer and house brands with a wide range of styles and lens types including single vision lenses, multifocal lenses, Rx sunglasses, sports glasses, kid's glasses, contact lenses, digital protection, anti-reflective coatings and more. Optimax also operates the platform United Vision Plan, which offers employee vision benefit plans on behalf of large employers in the United States. The company has roughly 180 employees with headquarters located in Tel-Aviv.
