Fishman Thermo Technologies develops, manufactures and markets thermostats and caps (gas caps, pressure caps, etc.) for the automotive aftermarket as well as the OE market. The company markets to DIY chains specializing in automotive products, buying groups, automotive spare parts warehouses, and directly to service stations. OEM customers include the world's leading vehicle manufacturers, such as Land Rover, Porsche and Saab, as well as to Tier 1 players. Exports account for 99% of sales. On October 2015 Tene and the other shareholders in Fishman sold 100% of the company to Fortissimo, an Israeli PE fund.
