Ariel Halperin founded Tene Investment Funds in 2004 and he is the Senior Managing Partner since then.
From 1992 through 2000, Dr. Halperin led the ‘Kibbutzim Creditor Arrangement’, as the trustee on behalf of the Israeli government, Israeli banks, and the Kibbutzim. It was a US$7B crisis, the largest in the history of Israel, that threatened the Banking Sector, as well as the Kibbutzim Sector, in Israel. The successful implementation of a comprehensive reorganization and financial plans led to the thriving and rapid growth of these two sectors in the last 25 years.
In 2001, Dr. Halperin joined Mr. Attia and Mr. Brown and formed Tenram Investments Ltd, a private investment company engaged in domestic and foreign real estate investments. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Hebrew University and completed post doctoral work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in industrial organization and finance.
